Gobliins 2 The Prince Buffoon - MS-DOS

Gobliins 2 The Prince Buffoon2.txt Gobliins 2 The Prince Buffoon The second part of the adventure and logical series of games about Goblins. The two heroes, Winkle and Fingus, must save the son of King Angoulafre and defeat the villainous villain named Ammonia. King Angoulafre's son and sole heir to the throne at the same time has been kidnapped by a wicked villain named Ammonia and reduced to the role of the court jester. The alarmed ruler, at the urging of the wizard Modemus, began looking for heroes who would undertake the breakneck task of rescuing the prisoner. He did not have to wait long for the effects of the appeal. The real daredevils appeared at the gates of the castle: Winkle and Fingus. As you can easily guess, it is you who will lead their fate, thanks to the second part of the adventure and logical series of games about Goblins. Each of the heroes has a different disposition: Fingus is well-mannered, polite and serious, while Winkle is a prankster and unbridled. The peculiar characters of the characters translate into the game itself, because very often we encounter situations in which only one of them can perform a given action, and the other shakes his head in disapproval. In Gobliins 2, the theme of mutual cooperation is also strongly emphasized, most of the tasks require the use of both characters at the same time. This creates new possibilities, but also makes the gameplay more difficult, sometimes finding the golden mean is just a miracle. As was the case in the first part of the game, also here the gameplay is limited to the minimum number of boards: when we complete all the tasks on one of them, then we move on to the next. The scenario is linear, there aren't several solutions to the same problem, so you'll often run into situations where it's not very clear what to do next. Still, Gobliins 2 is a game that is hard to ignore. It attracts both the specific graphics and the scenario filled with a huge amount of humor. Each, however idiotic use of the available items, is rewarded with additional animations in which Winkle and Fungus will prove to you that - how to put it mildly - you are wrong. The specific atmosphere of the game makes it a game only for enthusiasts of sophisticated humor and intellectual games at the same time. Undoubtedly, Gobliins 2 is the best title in the series and I recommend starting with it.
