Brix2.txt Brix is a puzzle game on MS-DOS, developed by Michael Riedel and produced and published in 1991. An updated version with improved graphics and sound was released by Epic MegaGames in 1992. It is a clone of Taito's Puzznic and thus bears strong graphic and gameplay similarities to Flipull / Plotting, also produced by Taito. With the release of Epic MegaGames, the Deluxe version of the game is called Brix 2 Deluxe, with dozens of new levels and a level editor. Brix presents the player with a series of square puzzles that can be moved horizontally across the play area. Each piece has a symbol and when two or more of the same kind touch, they disappear. The goal is for all items to disappear within the allotted time. As you progress through the game's 112 levels, Brix adds more challenging gameplay elements, including lasers, gravity deflection, teleports, elevators, break-through barriers, and acid.
