Space Pilot - MS-DOS

Space Pilot2.txt Space Pilot So if we invite you to the classic game from 1982, Time Pilot. This multi-directional scrolling arcade shooter was designed by Yoshiki Okamoto, published by Konami and distributed in the United States by Centuri. With the success of the games, the game was later ported to several home consoles namely Atari 2600, Colecovision and MSX, the game was also released on the BBC by Superior Software and Commodore 64 by Kingsoft / Anirog. In this amazing game you will find yourself in the cockpit of a futuristic jet fighter where you have to fight duels over five different time periods. The difference in this game is that the controls of your ship are a little different. Instead of moving the plane around the screen, the plane remains central and the screen moves around you, a bit of a getting used to, but it adds to the character of the game. The first four levels only get a bit more difficult as you progress, enemy ships and mother ships will shoot at you, yours is white, while enemies are yellow and slow at first. To complete a level, you need to destroy 56 enemy aircraft (25 in version MSX increases by 5 with each game cycle) and defeat the Mothership by shooting it continuously until it is destroyed. When destroyed, all remaining enemy units will also explode and you can travel back in time to the next level. During the campaign, you can shoot down a larger, slightly more durable ship, and collect downed friendly pilots who fly parachutes to score extra points.
