Blind Wars - MS-DOS

Blind Wars2.txt Warren Ellis, quoted on the cover, calls "Snow Blind" the perfect candidate for the Independent Movie of the Year. There is something in it, because the climate of the frosty north, criminal intrigue, family history and the alienated hero seem to be a recipe for success. But do these components really give the expected result? One thing is certain - the author of the script, Ollie Masters, is good at crime comics. Proof of, for example, the filmed (with success, let us mention) as "The Crime Queens" comic book "The Kitchen". His specialty are stories that are quite firmly embedded in reality. They are ruled by anger, confusion and a thirst for revenge. It is no different in the case of "Snow Blind". FROZEN BLOOD We observe the action from the point of view of teenage Teddy. His family moved to Alaska when he was a little boy, but he has the greatest difficulty finding himself in the new reality. A series of disturbing events forces him to act against a solitary nature, and in the background looms the untold story of his family. I will not reveal more, because most of the pleasure of reading "Snow Blind" comes from discovering the secrets together with Teddy. Masters composes a plot of elements known to us. Some of them are already quite worn out, and the course of some events will be quite predictable. Most, however, efficiently push the action forward. In particular, I would like to commend the realistically depicted banality of evil that virtually everyone is capable of, as well as the real repercussions of past choices. The whole thing can be compared to the less successful seasons of the series "Fargo", especially taking into account the unsaid supporting character "Snow Blind"
